Exporting the List 

Use

The data that is displayed in SAP List Viewer (ALV) can be:

●      Saved in various formats

●      Sent as a document

●      Used as the basis for the ABC analysis

Features

●      Transferring a List to a Local File

●      Text Processing

●      Exporting to Spreadsheets    

●      ABC Analysis  

●      Sending the List as a Document

 

The system administrator can configure the formats that are to be available for export at user or client level. More information: SAP Note 1080608.
