To monitor interface channels for a selected scenario, display the following information:
Interface Channel Topology
tab page:
Landscape: In a graphical overview, display the interface channels between systems, by type.
Detail information: Display the interfaces and attributes assigned to each interface channel.
Metric Details: Display the status and current values of interfaces, by metrics
Data is available per interface type in the selected scenario for all metrics marked as relevant for reporting.
Dashboards
tab page: On the level of interface channels or individual interfaces, for each metric, display the values for the selected time range. Values are measured in intervals of 1 minutes or 5 minutes, depending on the metric. If you have assigned attributes to the interface channels, you can filter the data.
Depending on the interface type, the following availability, performance, or exceptions metrics are displayed, for example:
Remote Function Call
Web Service
SAP Process Integration
SAP Netweaver Gateway Services
SAP Public Cloud Communications (e.g., HCI)
IDocs
BDocs & CRM Middleware
qRFC, tRFC, bgRFC
