As a test coordinator, you can change, for example, the person responsible or the priority of single or multiple test packages.

  • You have created several test plans or test packages.

  • You have the authorization to maintain test packages.

  • To edit the attributes of multiple test packages, you have the extended authorization object for mass changes. For more information, see the SAP Solution Manager Security Guide on SAP Service Marketplace at Start of the navigation path published on SAP site Next navigation step SAP Components Next navigation step SAP Solution Manager Next navigation step <current release> Next navigation step Operations End of the navigation path.

  1. Start the Test Plan Management.

  2. In the Test Plan Management Views area, choose Test Packages.

  3. Select test packages to which you want to assign new attributes.

  4. Choose Change Attributes.

You go to the Mass Change screen.

  5. In the New Values line, enter the values for the attributes, which are to be changed.

  6. Choose the Apply Mass Change pushbutton.

  7. Save your entries.

  8. If required, choose or create a transport request.
