Job Monitoring monitors any set of ABAP jobs, SAP NetWeaver BW process chains, Business Objects and Data Services. You can add jobs for monitoring manually or add those that are scheduled through an external scheduler such as Central Processing Scheduler (CPS).

BI monitoring monitors BW process chains, queries and templates, Business Objects or Data Services background jobs combined, together with the system level monitoring of all technical systems involved in a BI scenario.
