If your portal uses the Ajax Framework Page, the Favorites menu in the masthead displays a list of defined favorites. If Knowledge Management is installed on your system, all Knowledge Management favorites are also displayed in the Favorites menu.

Note Note

Knowledge Management folders are not supported and their contents are not displayed in the Favorites menu.

You can add new items to the list of favorites and you can organize the defined favorites.

Procedure

  1. To save a page in your favorites, from the Favorites menu, choose Add to Favorites.

    The page is added to the list of favorites in the Favorites menu.

  2. To rename an item in your favorites, hover the cursor over the item and choose Rename Favorites (Rename Favorites).

  3. To delete an item, hover the cursor over the item and choose Delete Favorites (Delete Favorites).

  4. To organize your favorites, choose   Favorites   Organize Favorites  

    The Organize Favorites dialog box appears where you can:

    • Add new items to your list of favorites. Choose Add to Favorites (Add to Favorites)and provide a title and URL.

    • Delete items in your list of favorites.

    • Rename favorites.

    • Change the order of items in the list.
