Please note that for the self-delivery and enablement some technical prerequisites and skill requirements should be fulfilled to ensure a successful enablement and self-service delivery.
Expert Guided Training
Expert Guided Training (EGT) is a methodology which combines the advantages of training and on-demand expert support during operative execution. Using this methodology, participants are not only passive listeners. The provided knowledge is directly exercised in the productive environment of customer and not in a training system. Expert Guided Training is exclusively offered to SAP PSLE customers.
Guided Self Services
Guided Self Services enable SAP PSLE customers to run service procedures at any given time based on their demand. Guided Self Services are delivered via SAP Solution Manager and help to improve the most common areas like system performance, data volume management, change management, security optimization and business process analysis. Please refer to SAP Note 1609155 for information on all available Guided Self Services and guidance to help identify the right Guided Self Service to address specific issues.
In addition, with the Expert Guided Implementation (EGI) education and training methodology SAP helps you to configure and use the Engagement Work Center and Guided Self Services.
