Use

Use this function to export all tasks relating to a collaboration room to a Microsoft Excel sheet.

Procedure

...

       1.      Navigate to the collaboration room (Collaboration select room).

       2.      Choose Tasks.

The task list is displayed.

       3.      On the All Tasks tab, choose Export to Excel.

A new browser window opens with the MS Excel sheet embedded.

Note

Irrespective of which attributes of the tasks are displayed in the task list (personalization), the table contains the following entries in the Excel format: Subject, Due, Priority, Progress, Assigned to, Tracked by, Sent, By, Escalated by, Status.

       4.      To save the data (tasks) in Excel format, choose File Save As….
