Configuring the Ajax Framework Page 
You can configure the Ajax Framework Page by modifying properties in the various components that comprise the page.
In the portal administration environment, choose .
In the Portal Catalog, choose .
Right-click Ajax Framework Page, and from the context menu, choose .
The Ajax Framework Page opens in the Page Editor, and you can configure the following properties:

Some properties need to be modified in other portal objects, such as roles and themes.
In the Page Editor, select the Ajax Top-Level Navigation iView and choose Properties.
The iView's properties are displayed in the Property Editor.
From the Property Category dropdown list, select Navigation and configure the following properties:
Number of Display Levels: Specifies the number of levels displayed in top-level navigation. Levels following this number continue in the detailed navigation area.
You can specify either one or two levels. If you decide to not provide top-level navigation in your portal, we recommend that you remove the Ajax Top-Level Navigation iView from the framework page.
Enable Dragging of Tabs: Enables portal users to rearrange the order of top-level navigation tabs.
Default value: true
Number of Fixed Entries: Defines the number of entries that cannot be repositioned in top-level navigation.
In the Page Editor, select the Ajax Detailed Navigation iView and choose Properties.
From the Property Category dropdown list, select Navigation and configure the following properties:
Start at Level: Specifies the navigation hierarchy level from which detailed navigation displays entries.
Make sure that you align this property with the Number of Display Levels property in the Ajax Top-Level Navigation iView.
Show 'Full Screen' Button: Shows or hides the Full Screen button in the page title bar.
In the Page Editor, select the Ajax Page Toolbar iView and choose Properties.
From the Property Category dropdown list, select Appearance.
URL to Splash Screen Image: Administrators can provide a splash screen to be viewed when opening the portal.
Go to .
Select the theme to which you want to add a splash screen.
In the Portal Outer Frame section, select Ajax FWK: Layout.
Enter a URL in the URL to Splash Screen Image property.
Save the theme. You cannot save changes to the themes provided by SAP—you must save the theme under a different name and assign the new theme to the relevant portal desktop.

URL to Logo: Administrators can provide a logo to be displayed in the masthead.
Go to .
Select the theme to which you want to add a logo.
In the Portal Outer Frame section, select Ajax FWK: Masthead.
Enter a URL in the URL to Logo property.
Save the theme. You cannot save changes to the themes provided by SAP—you must save the theme under a different name and assign the new theme to the relevant portal desktop.
