InfoCube: 0SMALM1D2
To allow you to obtain a quick overview of the occurrence of alerts in your managed systems, there is an Dashboard for Alert Management Reporting available to you. This Alert Management dashboard displays metrics such as the number and distribution of alerts, support messages, and the processing times of alerts. This InfoCube provides data to these apps.
This Cube stores the number of alert groups, along with additional details about the alert groups. An alert group is always assigned to the day on which the alert group occurred for the first time (even if it streches over a number of days).
Together with the InfoCube Alert Counter for Each Day (1) (technical name 0SMALM1D1), this InfoCube forms a pair in which the statistical data from the DSO 0SMALMDS1 is written alternately to one of the InfoCubes and then to the other.
The data in this InfoCube is stored as daily data, that is, for each metric stored in BW, exactly one value is stored per day. For more information about the different aggregates and aggregation types, see Aggregation.
Note
Since it is undetermined at any particular time which of the twin cubes contains the desired data, use the MultiCube Alert Counter (technical name 0SMALMMP1) for your own queries or Web templates.
