Setting Up Reporting Authorizations 

Use

No authorization objects are delivered in the Reporting object class. You create the objects that you need yourself.

These are the process steps:

·         Create an authorization object

·         Create role

·         Maintain the authorization for authorization objects in the role maintenance

If you want to assign every user his/her own role, it makes little sense to create these in the role maintenance. There is a faster option – manually assigning authorizations or hierarchy objects using Drag&Drop.
