Messages per Context 
Query: 0SMD_ALM_INCIDENTSPERCONTEXT
This query is used for the Dashboard for Alert Management Reporting. This Alert Management dashboard displays metrics such as the number and distribution of alerts, support messages, and the processing times of alerts.
The dashboard contains a number of apps, including an app in which the number of support messages is displayed, broken down by alert types. This query supplies that app with values.
