MultiProvider MultiProvider: 0SPR_DATM

 

This MultiProvider is an interface for queries in which the data to analyze the message processing duration is collected from the various data sources.

The data for the data types of a message are saved in this MultiProvider, in various dimensions, depending on the time perspective:

Last processing state dimensions

Data history dimensions

  • Last message status (for message attributes)

  • Other last status (for system status, business partners, business partner roles)

  • Message history (for message attributes)

  • Other history (for system status, business partners, business partner roles)

Example Example

The following graphic shows the relationships between the various dimensions, using the example of the data type message attributes.

The dimension Last Message Status captures the processing duration of all messages with the selected current processing state, from the time of the analysis back to the message creation date. You can determine the average processing duration of the messages, in queries, using this data.

The dimension Message History captures the time a specified message processing staus was changed. You can determine the average duration of a processing status, in queries, by criteria such as message status, system status, or business partners, in this data. It tells you, for example, how long a message had the status In Process.

You can combine the two dimensions, for a more differentiated analysis. I this example, you can answer the question, how long, on average, messages which the support is currently processing, previously had the status In Process.

The dimension Last Message Status preselects the messages with the current status Sent to Support. The dimension Message History provides the change times of the processing states of these messages. This gives you the average processing duration in the message status In Process.
