Launching the Portal Content Studio 
Prerequisites
If your portal is based on the default administrator roles supplied by SAP, you must belong to the content administrator role.
Procedure
In the top-level navigation bar, choose
Content Administration 
Portal Content 
. The Portal Content Studio appears in the content area of the portal desktop.
