Background documentation Setting up Service Level Reporting


Set-up a new service level report, according to your requirements.


You have set-up SAP EarlyWatch Alert in all systems in your solution landscape.

If you want to:

  • To include data from the Business Process Monitoring function in the Service Level Report, you have configured Business Process Monitoring in the SAP Solution Manager.

  • Copy data from the Central Performance History, you can configure Service Level Reporting with CCMSPING (IMG Reference Guide).


  1. Start the SAP Solution Manager Management work center.

  2. In the Solutions area, choose the Operations Setup tab page.

  3. Choose Service Level Reporting and Setup Service Level Reporting.

    You branch to Change Mode: Set-Up SLR.

  4. Perform the following checks in change mode:
