Sorting the List  

Use

You can sort the list. You can choose from the following options:

●      In the Settings dialog box (see Specifying the Sort Direction)

●      In the actual list (see Sorting Using Column Headers)

Features

When sorting, you make the following specifications.

●      Columns

You specify one or more columns using which you want to sort the list.

●      Sort Direction

For each of these columns, you specify whether the values are to be sorted in ascending or descending order.

●      Sort Sequence

You specify in which sequence you want to sort the columns (see Specifying the Sort Sequence of Columns).
