Using Import TrackingLocate this document in the navigation structure

You can use the import tracking function to display all requests in a reference system that are waiting to be imported or that have already been imported, and their maximum import return code (by using the quick info on the icons). You can restrict the display to a time period of your choice.

Note

You cannot use import tracking for a period before a database copy. The displayed data is only consistent from the time of the last database copy.

You can see the date on which each request was released, or the date on which a request was imported from another system (Other requests).

The import tracking function displays those systems that have been selected for the import overview. The systems are listed in the order specified by the transport routes (starting with the reference system), or in the order specified by the selected system list.

You can display additional information on any request. You can also forward requests from the import tracking function.

Note

Note that you can display a maximum of ten systems in the import tracking system, including the reference system.
