Fixing Columns 

Use

If you want to ensure that certain columns are always displayed even if the user scrolls down, you must fix the columns.

Procedure

To fix one or more columns, proceed as follows:

...

       1.      Click on the header of the column that is the column furthest to the right of the columns you want to fix the right mouse button.

       2.      Choose Fix to Column.

To undo a column fix, proceed as follows:

...

       1.      Click on a column header with the right mouse button.

       2.      Choose Unfreeze Columns.

Alternative Procedure in Full-Screen Mode

If you are working in full-screen mode, you can also use the menus to execute the function:

...

       1.      Select the header of the column that is the column furthest to the right of the columns you want to fix.

       2.      Choose Settings → Columns → Freeze to Column.

To undo a column fix, proceed as follows (as an alternative to the procedure described above):

...

       1.      Click on a column header with the right mouse button.

       2.      Choose Settings  →  Column  → Unfreeze.
