Thes system displays processes, process steps and their components as process or scenario graphic, in the Component View tab. You can adjust these graphics to your requirements, to show the actual process flow in your company.

Prerequisites

You have created a project structure in the Business Blueprint.

Procedure

To call the functions in the following table, call the transaction Business Blueprint (transaction code SOLAR01).

Create new graphic element

Create business partner

Create free components

Specify the color 000-255 (RGB color values) of the free component, under Color.

Transport business partners and free components into other systems

Add Business Partner

Context menu not in another element -> Add Business Partner

Add component

Context menu of a business process, or not in another element -> Add Free Component

The system copies components, processes and process steps into the project structure.

Add free components, e.g. for non-SAP applications

Context menu of a business process, or not in another element -> Add Free Component

Add process steps

Context menu of a component -> Add Process Step

Add free elements, e.g. for process steps, to improve the legibility of the graphic

Context menu -> Add Free Element

The system only shows free elements in the graphic, and does not copy them into the project structure.

Delete graphic element

  1. Select the graphic element.

  2. Choose Delete from the context menu.

Move graphic element

Drag & Drop

Change font size and type

-> Attributes

Change component path height

Select the element, and drag the component path to the new height, with the left-hand mouse key pressed.

Change the size of a graphic element

  1. Select the graphic element.

  2. Position the cursor on one of the square markings.

  3. Drag the marking to the new size, with the left-hand mouse key pressed.

Draw connecting lines for processes/process steps

Context menu of the source element (process or process step) -> Draw Line (Synchronous/Asynchronous) -> Context menu of target element -> Draw Line

or

Drag the yellow point (the beginning of a line) to the target element, with the left-hand mouse key pressed.

Scenarios/Processes:

  • Synchronous:

    A process/process step waits for the end of the processing of the previous process/process step

  • Asynchronous:

    Connected process steps run consecutively.

Change alignment, e.g. position centrally

Result

You can print the graphic with a pushbutton in the Component View tab, or export to Microsoft Powerpoint or Microsoft Word.
