  Processing Service Level Report Data Manually

Use

You want to process the existing data.

Procedure

  1. Start the System Monitoring work center.

  2. In the Reports view, choose the Service Level Reporting view .

    Note Note

    If you have created a new report type, the system initially gives you the service data, independently of the next scheduled date. Changes in the report type only become active at the next scheduled date.

  3. Select your required solution.

    You go to a screen, in which the further procedure is explained.

  4. Choose the link Start Service Processing.

  5. Confirm the start of the background job.

  6. Refresh the Work Area tab overview.
