  Reset Alert


You reset an alert for a specified period, while you analyze and handle it.


  1. Choose Start of the navigation path Solution Monitoring Next navigation step System Monitoring/Administration End of the navigation path in the Operations screen.

    You go to the overview of all alert services.

  2. Go to the display of all not yet handled alerts, Open Alerts.

  3. Select an alert to reset.

  4. Choose Reset Alerts.

  5. Specify the period for which you want to reset the display of the selected alert.

  6. Confirm your entries.


The alert is not displayed, for the period which you have specified.
