Importing Transport Requests with Non-ABAP Objects

Prerequisites

Transport requests that contain non-ABAP objects exist and have the status Released.

Context

After transport requests with non-ABAP objects were released in the source system they are usually available for import in the target system. You can import them using Transport Management System.

Note If the CTS plug-in is installed in the communication system of your non-ABAP target system, you can also use Import Queue Web UI to import transport requests of non-ABAP objects. Procedure

In your domain controller system, call transaction STMS.

The Transport Management System screen appears.
Choose Import Overview.
Choose a non-ABAP system or dual stack system (target system of the import).

The import queue is displayed.
Import one or all of the waiting transport requests.

The transported objects become available in the target system in accordance with your settings.
