1. Choose Test → Test Workbench → Test in the SAP menu.
2. Select a test package and choose Edit Test Package.
3. You can print the test case descriptions.
4. To read the test case documentation in the system, choose the icons in the Test Case Description column.
5. Go Back.
6. To perform a test:
¡ Automatic test: Start the test with icon in front of the test case. Define how the test is to be performed in the next dialog box. See also Perform tests automatically.
¡ Manual test: Perform the test according to the test documentation.
7. To set the test case status, choose the icon in the Status field.
In the following screen, Status Maintenance, you can:
¡ Send a message to the person responsible for the test case
¡ Create a test note
¡ Create a message

8. Save your entries.
9. Go Back.
The test is performed and the test case status is set. The test case status change is also visible in the Status Infosystem.
To display the test package in a spreadsheet, choose
Tabular Display → View →
<spreadsheet>.
If you cannot call
Microsoft Excel because the required templates are not in the current client,
import them into the current client with the SAP note 316728.
