The CCDB infrastructure tasks include the following:

  • Transferring data to the change analysis application

  • Checking configuration stores

  • Other routine administrative tasks

In this activity, you check the status of these routine tasks to ensure that the CCDB infrastructure is functioning correctly.

Procedure

  1. In the SAP Solution Manager Administration work center, choose the Infrastructure view.

  2. Start CCDB administration.

    The status of the CCDB infrastructure tasks is displayed on the   Status   General   tab.

    For more information about these tasks, choose Help (Help) within the application.

  3. If the task status indicates an error, you can view the error details by going to the Exception tab. In some cases, a message is displayed to help identify the problem.

  4. After you identify and handle the problem, you can manually trigger the relevant infrastructure task to see if the status is now green.
