To analyze the problem related to availability or self-test, click the Navigate to Component Monitor traffic light.
You go to the Component Monitor.
In the Component Overview screen area, select the component in error status.
To confirm the status of the component, do one of the following:
If the availability is in error status, choose
.If the self-test is in error status, choose
.The status is displayed on the Manage Result tab page.
On the Self-Test Result tab page, click the description of the self-test in error status (red traffic light).
The root cause of the problem is described, with error status.
