Use the link that you received by e-mail to open your TBOM worklist.

Select the TBOM recording work item that you want to send back to the QA expert.

Choose Back to QA Expert.

In the comment field, specify which information you still require to be able to record the TBOM.

Choose Send Back.

The recording work item disappears from your worklist. In the standard configuration, the system notifies the quality expert by e-mail about your query.
