You can compare two analyses. This gives you the following options:

  • You can display the number and percentage distribution of the node types available in both analyses.

  • You can display the number and percentage distribution of ratings in every analysis as well as the differences between the analyses.

  • If ratings differ, you can identify the affected structure nodes in the business blueprint structure.

In this way you can see at a glance whether there have been changes in the analysis results from one period to the next, for example. You can analyze where and why differences have occurred.

Prerequisites

  • You have created at least two analyses.

  • You are in the Analysis Projects view.

Procedure

  1. Choose an analysis project.

  2. Under Analyses for Analysis Project, select the two analyses that you want to compare.

  3. Choose Compare.

    A dialog box appears.

    You have the following options:

    • Under Statistics, you can see the percentage distribution of the structure node types and ratings.

    • Under Business Blueprint Structure, you can compare the ratings of each individual structure node and jump from one deviation in the rating to the next.
