You use this procedure to enhance a business blueprint of a project created in SAP Solution Manager by either modifying or adding business scenarios, business processes, and process steps.

The Business Process Blueprinting tool allows you to describe, create, and manage the business blueprints provided by SAP Solution Manager. This tool helps you to graphically visualize the structure and purpose of business scenarios, business processes, and artifacts.

Prerequisites

You have Business Process Blueprinting 1.0 SP02 in your landscape.

Procedure

  1. Launch Business Process Blueprinting and connect to SAP Solution Manager system.

  2. Open a business blueprint project.

    For more information, see Opening a Business Blueprint Project.

    Note Note

    To achieve compatibility with various content versions maintained on different versions of the server and the client, migration occurs on-the-fly.

  3. Edit the business blueprint project and their entities.

  4. If you want to retain the previous state of business entities as defined in SAP Solution Manager, then revert the changes of the entities.

  6. Publish the changes to allow you to generate an enhanced business blueprint from SAP Solution Manager.
