With the Agent Administration, you can do the following:
Display logs to identify connection problems
Download log files when you are required to submit a log file to the SAP support
You have started the Agent Administration. For more information, see Starting the Agent Administration.
To display an agent log, on the Agent Log Viewer tab page, select the agent and choose Display.
To download an agent log file, on the Agent Log Viewer tab page, select the agent and choose Download logs.
