To allow users to check specific messages or the monitoring team to optimize message flows or detect errors, you set up message flow scenarios.
To allow easy selection of the business-critical end-to-end message flows, edit the message flow names, add descriptions, and assign contact persons.
Define housekeeping options (the retention time of messages which reached the system of a business partner, for example).
Create message flow groups. This is what users actually monitor. You can group message flows, for example, by the following criteria:
business partner
person responsible (and corresponding authorizations)
sending/receiving systems involved
Define related message flows, for example an order dispatched to a business partner and its confirmation by the business partner system.
