Enabling and Disabling Import Locks

By default, you can trigger the import of transport requests into a system once the specific Q-Gate is passed. By enabling the import lock, you can prevent the import of transport requests into a specific system. You can remove the import lock once you do not need it anymore.

This feature can only be used by IT operators and administrators.

Procedure

To enable the import lock for a system, proceed as follows:

Select a QGM project and choose the System Landscape Graphic tab.
Select the system for which you want to enable the import lock.
Choose Enable Import Lock.

To remove the import lock for a system, proceed as follows:

Select a QGM project and choose the System Landscape Graphic tab.
Select the system for which an import lock is enabled.
Choose Disable Import Lock.
