  4. In the Rapid Content Delivery window, under the Content Delivery tab page, choose Check Notified Delivery, to check if new content is available for download or import.

  5. The Delivery Version table displays the delivery versions of content packages that are available for download or have already been downloaded.

By default, the Delivery Version table displays only the last five available delivery versions. If you want to view all available delivery versions, choose All Downloads from the Show dropdown menu, and choose Display.

  6. Select the delivery version to download, and choose Download. The Status Available for Download indicates that the delivery version is available for download, and the status Downloaded indicates that the delivery version has been downloaded.

    Note Note

To download content automatically, you have to maintain the auto-download settings for Rapid Content Delivery, during SAP Solution Manager Configuration. If maintained, and if updated content is available for download, Rapid Content Delivery provides notifications and downloads the content automatically.

    End of the note.
  7. In the Details of Delivery Version table, choose the content to import, and choose Import.

Details of Delivery Version table displays the download and the import status of each content, the type of contents in the delivery version, the registered version, and the support package level of each content.

Higher Version Imported status indicates that a higher delivery version of the content has already been imported.

    Note Note

In the Rapid Content Delivery tool, you can only import delivery versions of content type Customer Usage Provisioning (CUP). To import delivery versions of other content types, choose Launch Application. It launches the application in which you can download the content.

    End of the note.
  8. Expand the Processing Information tray to view the latest status of import and download jobs.

The Logs tab page records information about background jobs, and other details of the download and import status of content packages.
