Procedure

  1. In the SAP Engagement and Service Delivery work center, choose the Reports view.

  2. Choose one of the two support report variants under Reporting Tools, depending on your organization's support model:

    • Enterprise Support: Choose Enterprise Support Report Self-Service .

    • Product Support for Large Enterprises: Choose PSLE Report Self-Service .

    The ten most recent support reports are displayed.
