You use SAP Solution Manager Configuration (transaction SOLMAN_SETUP) to make the relevant settings. Choose Change Request Management to start the guided procedure that takes you through the configuration steps.

Alternatively, you can make all settings for Change Request Management in Customizing under  SAP Solution Manager Capabilities Change Request Management .

In the SAP Solution Manager project administration, you activate a project for Change Request Management and make other relevant settings. For more information, see Settings for Change Transactions in the Project Administration.
