Use

You can analyze sessions across solutions.

 

Prerequisites

You have:

·         Created solutions

·         Created sessions

Default variants

You can:

      create your own variants of the report, i.e. the selection rules.

      create variants of the SAP List Viewer (ALV) results display layout.

Note

A layout restricts the output view: It may not show details which you have selected in the selection screen, because their columns are hidden in the current output layout. Do not make a restricted layout the default display for all users.

      SAP delivers the following variants as templates:

       

Default variant

Meaning

SAP&EWA7D_RYD

All EarlyWatch Alert sessions of all solutions in the last 7 days, with red and yellow rating.

SAP&EWA_CMON_R

All EarlyWatch Alert sessions of all solutions which have had a red rating in the current month.

SAP&EWA_LMON_R

All EarlyWatch Alert sessions of all solutions which have had a red rating in the last month.

SAP&EWA_T_RYGD

All EarlyWatch Alert sessions of all solutions which have had a red, yellow or green rating today.

 

To call a variant:

...

       1.      Choose Central Session Management in the Goto Variants Get menu.

       2.      Choose Execute in the dialog box.

       3.      Choose a variant.

       4.      Run the report.

Report output

The system displays the analysis with the SAP List Viewer (ALV). You can print, filter, or sort the analysis, or export it into a spreadsheet such as MS Excel, with the SAP List Viewer.

 

You can:

      Display the report in HTML or Word:

...

                            a.      Select the row of the session for which you want to display the report.

                            b.      Choose Edit Display HTML Report.

The system displays the report.

      Save HTML report:

...

                            a.      Select the row of the session for which you want to save the report.

                            b.      Choose Edit Save HTML Report.

You can save the report locally.
