Procedure

Install SAP Cryptolib

You need the SAP Cryptolib to encode the data transferred to SAP.

...

       1.      Install SAP Cryptolib:

                            a.      Download the SAP Cryptolib for your operating system from the Service Marketplace (www.service.sap.com/swcenter Download SAP Cryptographic Software).

                            b.      Install the SAP Cryptolib with the Trust-Manager (transaction STRUST). For further information, see Trust Manager (transaction STRUST Help Application Help Trust Manager.

For further information about installing SAP Cryptolib, choose Help Application Help Trust Manager Example Configure SAP Web AS for the SSL Support, in the transaction STRUST.

Caution

Changes in the Trust Manager only take effect when the application server or the IC Monitor are restarted (step 2).

       2.      To restart the ICM Monitor, choose Administration ICM Soft End, in the ICM Monitor transaction (SMICM).

You can check whether the ICM Monitor has been restarted, with the Refresh pushbutton.

The system shows the inactive PSE folder, SSL server and SSL client (default) in the left-hand screen area in the Trust Manager. Inactive folders are flagged with a red cross.

       3.      Set-up the PSE for the SSL client (default):

                            a.      Select the SSL client folder (default) and choose Create in the context menu.

                            b.      Confirm the following dialog box.

The new PSE is displayed below the PSE folder.

       4.      Import the client certificate into the SSL Client (Default) folder:

                            a.      Logon to the SAP Service Marketplace with the Internet Explorer.

                            b.      Double-click on the lock icon in the browser status bar at the bottom right.

The system displays the certificate in a dialog box.

                            c.      Download the SSL client certificate from the Details tab.

                            d.      Import this certificate with Certificate Import in the Trust Manager (transaction STRUST).

       5.      Set-up the PSE for the SSL server:

                            a.      Select the SSL Server folder, and choose Create in the context menu.

                            b.      Confirm the following dialog box.

The new PSE is displayed below the PSE folder.

       6.      To restart the ICM Monitor, choose Administration ICM Soft End, in the ICM Monitor transaction (SMICM).

You can check whether the ICM Monitor has been restarted, with the Refresh pushbutton.

       7.      Specify the proxy settings:

                            a.      Run the program RSPROJECT_SET_CPI_URL.

                            b.      Enter the required data and choose Execute.

You only need to specify the port if you have no proxy.

Specify the URL service.sap.com/; do not specify a protocol (e.g. http).

Check SAP Cryptolib Installation

...

       1.      Run the program SSF02

       2.      Set the Get Version flag.

       3.      Choose Execute.

The system shows the current version of SAP Cryptolib.

Error-handling

If you specified the CPI project ID and/or the authentification ID incorrectly, you can correct it with the program RSPROJECT_CHANGE_CPIS_AUTH. The system copies the specified values in the program Transfer Data to SAP (RSPROJECT_CPI) and sets these fields to not ready for input.

Result

You have satisfied the prerequisites for transferring project data to SAP.
