Procedure

This app checks the usage of CC objects.

  1. Display a list of unused versus used objects with gauge colors: red, yellow or green: unused objects as a percentage of the overall CC objects.

    • The green gauge section refers to the number of unused objects that are between 0% and 30% of all objects.

    • The yellow gauge section refers to the number of unused objects that are between 30% and 65% of all objects.

    • The red gauge section refers to the number of unused objects that are greater than 65% of all objects.

  2. By clicking on Object Type, you can display the number of unused objects by object type.

    • The used objects are displayed in green.

    • The unused objects are displayed in red.

  3. Display the history of used objects as follows:

    • If the usage is up, the color of the history button is green.

    • If the usage is stable, the color of the history button is yellow.

    • If the usage is down, the color of the history button is red.

  4. The following actions can be carried out in the Usage checking app:

    • You can change the threshold values for unused CCM objects (red and yellow) by overwriting the values in the corresponding boxes. To display the default values, press the Reset button. For more information on the default threshold values, see Configuring Custom Code Management Apps.

    • You can display historical usage information by pressing the Weekly or Monthly history buttons.
