As an end user, you use a dashboard to monitor the status of specific business processes and to identify current business problems.

Prerequisites

  • You are authorized for the Business Processes Operations work center.

    Note Note

    The dashboard administrator can also provide you with the URL to display a dashboard without access to work center Business Processes Operations.

  • You are authorized to use the feature Display My BPO Dashboards.

  • You are authorized to display the dashboard, which means the administrator has your user assigned to the corresponding authorization group.

Procedure

  1. In the Business Process Operations work center, under Common Tasks, choose Display My BPO Dashboards

  2. The BPO dashboard that was created first is displayed by default.

  3. If there are several BPO dashboards assigned to you, you can change the displayed BPO dashboard.

  4. On panel level, use the Show Keys and Show Texts buttons to switch between the technical name and the text description of the values, which are displayed as legend.

  5. To drill down into panel details: If a detail panel is assigned, double-click a panel value to go to the detail panel.

  6. To exchange information with your colleagues who use the same panel, choose Comment.

  7. If your data source is SAP Business Process Analytics: On panel level, use the Analytics pushbutton to navigate from the panel to the corresponding key figure variant in SAP Business Process Analytics.
