You can put Top Issues and Issues which you have created, in the engagement cycle

Prerequisites

  • You have created an engagement cycle.

  • You have created a top issue.

Procedure

  1. Select an engagement cycle.

  2. Choose the Benefit Case tab.

    The Top Issues assigned to the engagement cycle, are displayed.

  3. Choose Assign Top Issue.

    A dialog box appears.

  4. Select the top issue to assign.

  5. Choose OK.
