Sending E-Mails 
You have various options of sending e-mails from change transactions.
The user master records of the sender and recipient contain e-mail addresses.
The functions are set up in the SAP Solution Manager configuration.
Via , you can create an e-mail and send it to a recipient. The e-mail is created as a follow-on transaction to the change transaction. For more information, see Follow-On Transactions.
The system automatically sends an e-mail depending on the status of the change transaction, for example, when a new request for change is created, the change manager is notified about it.
