Service Messages Tab 

Use

You can create and display messages and change requests, on the Service Messages tab. You create a message if you encounter errors in the project documentation, configuration, or while processing test cases in the Business Blueprint or Configuration transactions. You create a change transaction to initiate a change.

Integration

If you want to search for or process messages, you can use the SAP Solution Manager project analysis. The project analysis allows you to search for and process specific messages.

The transaction Issue Management(SOLMAN_ISSUE_MGMT) provides a cross-solution and project overview of all issues in a system.

Features

You can:

●      display or change a message

●      create a message

●      attach documents to a message

The message will be forwarded to your message collection system and processed.
