The Customer Center of Expertise (Customer COE) drives integrated quality management, enabling transparency across business and IT units to critical challenges in SAP solution operations: ensuring business continuity, reducing costs, and accelerating innovation based on Run SAP methodology. The primary certification of a Customer Center of Expertise (Customer COE) organization indicates that it possesses the basic Support infrastructure necessary for interaction with SAP. Such an infrastructure enables the Customer COE team to collaborate internally – within its own company – as well as externally with SAP.

Customer COE Primary Certificate delivers its business content in a pre-built InfoCube called Customer COE Certificate.
