Finding, Displaying, and Deleting Scheduled Broadcast Settings 

Use

You can find and display the scheduled broadcast settings according to various criteria and you can delete them as required.

Prerequisites

You have scheduled at least one broadcast setting. For more information, see Scheduling Broadcast Settings.

Procedure

       1.      Choose Overview of Scheduled Settings.

       2.      Enter one or more of the following search criteria:

○     Event: Choose direct scheduling in SAP background processing, the predefined time, or the data change event for which the setting is scheduled.

○     Settings: Enter the technical name of the broadcast setting manually or using  Selection. You can also search within an area.

○     Created By: Enter the user name of the creator manually or using  Selection. You can also search within an area.

○     Scheduled By: Enter the user name of the user who scheduled the broadcast setting manually or using  Selection. You can also search within an area.

       3.      Choose Select. The list of the relevant, scheduled broadcast settings appears in the bottom area of the BEx broadcaster.

       4.      If you want to, you can select the scheduled broadcast settings and delete them using the Delete Selected Scheduling button.
