Updating the Display of Support Messages from SAP 
You have forwarded a support message to SAP. Depending on the configuration of the system, the support messages displayed are updated automatically, for example, every fifteen minutes. If SAP Support has proposed a solution that is not yet displayed, you can update the display manually.
Prerequisites
SAP Support has replied to a support message that you forwarded.
You have opened the support message.
Activities
Choose Edit.
Choose the
Action 
Update Message from SAP 
You have updated the display manually.
