History of Average Response/Max. Processing Time Deviation

This query gives an overview of the average deviation in hours from the initial response time, IRT, and maximum processing time, MPT specified for messages, listed by calendar weeks. You can use other attributes as well as calender week, for display and filter selection. The default restriction refers to the procedure type (here: incident message).
