Depending on the support model of your organization, you can create the following support reports as self-services:

  • Enterprise Support Report

  • PSLE Report

The Enterprise Support report or PSLE report gives you an overall view of the current status of the application life-cycle management of your critical business processes.

It contains:

  • Current maintenance contracts for your production systems. The innovation potential in your solution landscape (for example, available updates, permanent quality checks)

  • Business continuity risks (for example, non-availability of critical business processes, planned and unplanned downtimes)

  • Business process optimization

  • Do you follow the standard Application Life-Cycle Management processes?

When you have made the report settings, you can start the Enterprise Support report or PSLE report for a solution immediately or you can schedule it as a periodic background job. The chapter selection determines the scope of the report. You can create your own report variants.
