Self-Delivered Services (Enterprise Support) Locate this document in the navigation structure

 

Within SAP Enterprise Support, Guided Self Services are now available to enable customer to run service procedures at any given time based on their demand.

Guided Self Services are delivered via SAP Solution Manager and help to improve the most common areas like system performance, data volume management, change management, security optimization and business process analysis. Please refer to SAP Note 1609155 for information on all available Guided Self Services and guidance to help identify the right Guided Self Service to address specific issues.

In addition, with the Expert Guided Implementation (EGI) education and training methodology SAP helps you to configure and use the Engagement Work Center and Guided Self Services.
