The Enterprise Support report provides you with an overview of current status information about your projects, active solutions, and productive systems, to facilitate Application Life-Cycle Management of your business-critical processes. When you generate the report, you have access to the latest data, which is extracted from SAP Solution Manager on a regular basis.

The report focuses on the following four key pillars of SAP Enterprise Support:

  • Protection of Investment and Accelerated Innovation

    • Current overview of productive systems on a valid maintenance level

    • Release status overview and available updates for systems and software components

    • Overview of support and maintenance options for database and operating system versions currently in use

    • Overview of current projects and related service plans for safeguarding

  • Business Process Improvements

    • Overview of business process exceptions, including their rating and possible effects

    • Comparison of defined business process KPIs and current values

  • Total Costs of Operations

    • Adoption level of tools and services to comply with SAP standards for end-to-end solution operations

    • Adoption level of technical requirements for SAP Enterprise Support (for example EWA coverage of productive systems)

  • Business Continuity

    • Availability of core business processes

    • Monthly distribution of red EarlyWatch Alerts

    • Database size and growth rates for installed database versions

The report summarizes the results in a balanced scorecard, proposing action plans as a starting point for active measures to address potential problems.
