Create Support Messages with NOTIF_CREATE

Users in managed systems can create messages and send them to the SAP Solution Manager with the transaction NOTIF_CREATE.

Start transaction NOTIF_CREATE.
Enter the following values in the Create Support Message dialog box:
- Priority
- System/IBase component
- Short and long text
Choose the Attachments tab to attach attachments.
Save your entries.

You have created a support message using transaction NOTIF_CREATE.
