When a task is deleted, it is displayed in the Deleted view.
If a task has been deleted accidentally, it is possible to reactivate it.
The following information is displayed:
Status |
The status of some tasks is indicated by an icon. Double-click an Execute icon to display or request further information. |
Task ID |
A unique number identifying one specific task. |
Session |
If a task is assigned to a session, the session number is displayed. |
Task Name |
The task name indicates the type of task performed. Several tasks may have the same name. |
Task Date, Task Time |
The date and time for which a task is scheduled. When the task processor runs, it will automatically process tasks with a scheduled time in the past. |
Task System ID, Installation no. |
The ID and installation number of the system with which the task communicates. |
Download data |
Double-click to display a breakdown of the service data that was available for the session. |
Information |
To display more information about a task, double-click the information icon. |
Session data |
Indicates whether session data is available. If data is available, double-click to open the Session Data Viewer. |
Attributes |
Double-click to display scheduling and technical information. In the information dialog box, choose Expert mode to change the scheduled time and date for a task. |
Log |
Indicates whether a detail log was written for a task. Double-click the icon to display the detail log. |
Task icon |
Additional information, for example, whether the task has been rescheduled. |
