This WebTemplate shows the message history. It shows the processing duration of messages in hours, by priority, processing state or message component, for a creation period, graphically and in a table. The processing duration is determined from the applicable service times.

The WebTemplate gives a general overview, and you can analyze the message history in more detail, using further attribute and processing duration filter criteria. A list of the messages which match your search criteria is displayed.
